Client & Project
Objective: The primary goal was to secure a grant and utilize it to create a visually stunning artistic installation that pays homage to Route 66. West OK Co-op aimed to document the entire process, from the inception of the artists' guild to the completion of the project, and share this journey through compelling social media content.
Our Involvement: LustOak Creative joined forces with West OK Co-op to visually capture and narrate this artistic journey. Leveraging our expertise in content creation, we orchestrated a comprehensive plan to showcase the project's evolution on social media.
Execution:
-
Drone Videography: We deployed our skilled drone pilot to capture breathtaking aerial views of the artists at work, creating a dynamic visual narrative of the guild's formation and the artistic process.
-
Grant Commemoration Reel: Our team meticulously compiled the footage into a captivating reel, highlighting the artists' dedication, the community's involvement, and the vibrant colors that define Route 66.
-
Social Media Strategy: Leveraging the power of storytelling, we crafted engaging captions and posts to accompany the visual content. The strategy aimed to not only showcase the artistic process but also involve the community in the celebration of their cultural heritage.
Results: The social media campaign generated significant buzz within the community and beyond. The videos garnered a high level of engagement, drawing attention to West OK Co-op's initiative and the artistic talent thriving along Route 66. The project not only successfully utilized the grant but also strengthened community bonds and raised awareness of the cultural significance of the iconic highway.
Conclusion: West OK Co-op's Route 66 commemoration project stands as a testament to the power of community-driven initiatives. Through the lens of LustOak Creative, the project came to life on social media, reaching a wide audience and leaving a lasting impression.
